Introduction
Nos lecteurs connaissent l'importance
que nous attachons dans cette Revue à la Méthode
de Conceptualisation Relativisée (MCR) établie
par la physicienne Mioara Mugur-Schächter dans le cadre
de la Mécanique Quantique, puis étendue à
d'autres domaines de l'observation scientifique.
Nous lui avions proposé
d'en établir une application à l'analyse du
réchauffement climatique où faute précisément
d'une telle méthode, les concepts abondent en se
contredisant le plus souvent. Ceci a donné lieu à
un article publié le 21 mars 2009. http://www.automatesintelligents.com/echanges/2009/mar/mcr.html
Devant
l'intérêt suscité par cette approche
au sein de lecteurs anglophones, nous avons convenu d'en
publier ci-dessous une version en anglais, considérablement
augmentée.

Introduction
Our readers know pretty well how important we consider to
be the Method of Relativized Conceptualization (MCR) initially
proposed in the field of Quantum Mechanics by the physicist
Mioara Mugur-Schächter then extended in other domains
of science.
We suggested
a year ago to explain how this method could be applied to
the controversial field of Global Warning, where concepts
are numerous and generally non consistent. Hence a paper

Today,
as some non-french speaking readers told us they would be
interested by an english version of this paper, here they
have one, with many additions.
